Job Title: Production Support Operative Location: Dungannon, N.Ireland Duration: Temp to perm or perm Shifts: Days Monday – Thursday: 7.30am-4.30pm and Friday 7.30am-1.30pm Pay Rate: DOE
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure required kits and materials are correctly prepared and allocated in line with production schedules * Move and reposition empty trolleys after assembly operations to maintain clear and efficient working areas * Support Stores and Goods-In functions, including goods handling and general assistance as required * Assist with receiving deliveries and safely storing raw materials, maintaining good housekeeping standards * Provide support to Quality and Aftersales teams to help ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures * Empty and manage swarf containers twice daily to support cleanliness and H&S standards * Assist with continuous improvement activities and help identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency * Respond to requests for components, parts, and tools from across the business * Carry out general support duties to help meet production targets and deadlines * Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues across all departments * Work collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth and effective operations * Undertake any other duties reasonably required by management in line with capability

Essential Requirements * Full UK driving licence (must be over 25 due to insurance requirements) * Ability to keep work areas clean, organised, and safe * Good mechanical awareness and problem-solving ability * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Capable of working independently as well as within a team * High attention to detail * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Desirable Experience * Previous experience within precision engineering * Knowledge or experience of the hydraulics industry
