The Role
We are looking for a Production Technician to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role supporting the daily running of the workshop, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with production tasks. You'll play an important part in maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the setup and operation of cutting machinery
- Handling and preparing materials for cutting
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Packing and dispatching customer orders
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Supporting senior machinists and engineers with day-to-day tasks
Skills & Qualities
- Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work accurately under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Previous workshop or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential – training will be provided
What we offer:
- £26,500 – £27,500 per annum
- Full training and development opportunities
- 09:00 – 17:00 working hours
