We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Programme Manager with experience of R&D and operations to oversee and strategically direct all project initiatives across a diverse group of operations. This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional capable of managing complex programmes, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the strategic growth of the business. Programme Manager – Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Programme Leadership: Provide comprehensive oversight and strategic direction for all projects within the group portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and delivering successful outcomes.

Operational Management: Manage and support critical site operations including addressing customer support escalations and optimising operational workflows.

Team Leadership & Development: Serve as an effective leader and mentor, supporting various business activities and contributing to the professional development of project teams.

Site Rationalisation Initiatives: Potentially lead and manage strategic initiatives related to site consolidation or closure, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful project integration.

Travel & On-Site Presence: Maintain a willingness to travel if required to customers or suppliers.
Programme Manager – Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in programme and project management roles, preferably within a multi-site or group-level environment.

Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex programmes on time and within budget.
