Project Coordinator
Location: East Suffolk (Office-based)
Salary: From £40,000
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple projects across the business. This is a busy, office-based role where you will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You will work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly from initial order through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from order placement through to final handover
- Plan and manage installation schedules, deliveries, and project timelines
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance files
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
- Support procurement activities, including tracking orders and supplier updates
- Ensure all parties are aligned on schedules and requirements
- Manage post-installation snagging and follow through to resolution
About You
- Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administration
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- High attention to detail with accurate record-keeping abilities
- Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or project management systems
Desirable
- Experience within fit-out, construction, or interiors
- Knowledge of installation coordination or compliance documentation
