Our team is responsible for revolutionizing the end-to-end lifecycle of lead and opportunity management, contracting, and invoicing across our worldwide operations. The Impact:
As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be central to driving transformational change across S&P Global Ratings' Commercial Organization. Your work will directly impact how we serve our global clients and manage critical commercial processes. You'll lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that shape the future of our commercial operations, working with stakeholders across multiple divisions to deliver sustainable, business-critical solutions.

Responsibilities:
Program and Product Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs and product initiatives, from discovery through launch and post-release optimization
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan with clear objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines across multiple scrum teams
- Lead the planning and tracking of cross-functional roadmaps in alignment with product and technology strategies
- Establish project governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and issue resolution mechanisms
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Legal, Product, and Technology to ensure alignment and buy-in at all stages of delivery
- Provide transparent, timely updates on program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Influence and coordinate with dependent teams to ensure delivery of business-critical components (e.g., user guides, training materials)
Delivery & Alignment
- Operate within the SAFe Agile framework, coordinating with RTEs, scrum teams, and solution managers to ensure agile best practices are followed
- Support ceremonies as needed, including planning, retrospectives, and demos
Change Management & Adoption
- Lead the development of a robust change management plan, including establishing KPIs and usage analytics, to support system and process adoption across global teams
- Work with business units to deliver user-focused communication, training, and documentation
- Ensure seamless handoff and integration with ongoing operations and support teams
- All employees must work from the office at least 2 days/week.
What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 5 – 7+ years of experience in Project Delivery/ Product Management
- Strong product management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise programs
- Solid understanding of highly regulated environments, particularly credit rating agencies and capital markets
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including SAFe Agile framework
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence and build consensus at all levels
- Proven track record managing change initiatives and leading cross-functional teams through transformation
- Final-stage candidates must attend one in-person interview at your nearest S&P Global Ratings office before offer.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global financial services or technology-led environments
- Prior experience with Commercial Operations, CRM, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or Invoicing systems
- Advanced knowledge of credit rating processes and commercial operations
- Experience coordinating with RTEs, scrum teams, and solution managers in agile organizations
Compensation
(This section is only applicable to US candidates) The anticipated base salary range for this position is $108,400 – 140,000, depending on location, experience, and skills.
