Project Executive – Dutch Speaking
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per year + benefits | Hybrid (South London / Purley)
Location: South London/Purley 3 days office / 2 days home
Job Summary
We are working with a fast-growing international packaging, artwork and localisation agency based in South London, currently expanding across European retail and consumer goods markets.
As part of this growth, they are hiring a Dutch-speaking Project Executive to support the delivery of FMCG packaging artwork, retail packaging production and multilingual localisation projects for major international brands.
This is a fast-paced coordination role where you will support Account Managers and Account Directors in managing packaging workflows, artwork production tasks, localisation processes and multi-SKU project delivery, ensuring all work is accurate, organised and delivered on time.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in project coordination, packaging production, localisation or creative operations within a growing international agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support an Account Manager with the delivery of FMCG packaging, artwork and localisation projects
- Assist in coordinating multiple live retail packaging projects
- Track project progress, deadlines and workflow updates
- Work with creative, artwork, studio and production teams
- Support Dutch language localisation and translation workflows
- Ensure accuracy of packaging artwork against briefs and brand guidelines
- Assist in briefing internal teams for artwork and production delivery
- Maintain organised project documentation and status updates
- Support SKU rollouts across FMCG and retail packaging projects
- Assist with sampling, photoshoots and production coordination
- Provide administrative and project support to Account Managers and Directors
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who is keen to develop their career in project management, packaging, localisation or creative production.
Experience Required:
- Some experience in administration, coordination, project support or similar role
- Fluent Dutch and English (essential)
- Interest in FMCG packaging, creative production or localisation
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable Experience (Not Essential)
- Experience in translation, localisation or language services
- Exposure to FMCG, retail packaging or creative agency environments
- Understanding of project workflows or production processes
- German or French speaking a distinct advantage but not Essential
Salary & Benefits
