Installation Project Lead

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)
We are working with a leading interior landscaping specialist to find an Installation Project Lead, you will play a key role in heading up the delivery of high-quality interior and exterior planting installations and taking the lead on managing the project while overseeing a team of installers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the delivery and installation of plants at client sites in line with agreed project plans
- Supervising the installation team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Communicating confidently and professionally with clients throughout the installation process and advising on time frames
- Proactively identifying and resolving onsite challenges
- Ensuring all health & safety processes and company guidelines are being followed
- Supporting installations at other UK locations when required
- Carrying out physical tasks, including lifting and installing planters and displays
About You
You will be well suited to this role if you have:
- A strong team-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals
- A good level of physical fitness to safely complete manual handling tasks
- Practical, hands-on experience managing a team within an installation setting
- Clear, professional communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites as required
- A valid driving licence
