Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a well known Performance Marketing Agency in London as they are keen to bring on a Project Manager on a 3 to 6 month contract to help support with the agencies increasing work flow.
Day Rate: £300/£400
London – Hybrid
The Role:
As a Project Manager, your work will keep our production teams on track, ensuring we deliver against service levels and project timelines for our clients. Working closely with the Head of Project Management, our Development team and Client Managers, you’ll be responsible for managing production tasks, coordinating resources, and ensuring effective communication across internal teams and with clients.
You’ll support the smooth running of retainers and projects across websites, creative and marketing initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience and develop your project management skills in agency delivery while learning from a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for running projects, managing workflow, scoping requirements and time with the development team and keeping track of progress and time spent
Responsible for working with clients and internal teams to scope and plan work for your projects including managing budget and ensuring we do not over service work
Responsible for ensuring projects supported are set up tracked properly, with accurate time plans, tracking and goal management
Responsible for requirements gathering on projects in partnership with technical teams and clients
Responsible for communicating with clients and the project team internally to make sure information is shared and stakeholders are up to date
