Project Manager (12 Month FTC) – Retail Marketing & Brand Production
Location: Kings Cross, London
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Contract: 12 Month FTC (ASAP start – July 2027)
Working Pattern: Hybrid initially, moving to primarily onsite closer to go-live
Rate: £34 – £36 per hour (weekly pay)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale brand, retail marketing, and experiential projects across the UK & Ireland.
This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of turning creative vision into best-in-class executions-ensuring campaigns, assets, and experiences are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams
- Manage internal stakeholders and external partners, aligning on scope, timelines, and priorities
- Lead regular project meetings, working sessions, and progress reviews
Production & Delivery
- Translate creative and brand strategy into detailed project plans and timelines
- Oversee full project lifecycle from initial brief through to delivery and post-launch wrap
- Ensure high-quality output across multiple channels including digital, retail, and experiential
Agency & Vendor Management
- Brief, onboard, and manage agencies, production partners, and specialist vendors
- Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial governance
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams on contracts and approvals
Delivery Excellence
- Ensure all assets meet brand, legal, and technical requirements
- Maintain high production standards across all deliverables
- Identify and mitigate risks in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects within brand, retail marketing, or production
- Strong track record delivering complex campaigns or experiential launches
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Experience within sport, culture, or performance-led brands is highly desirable.
