Project Manager, London – Competitive Salary

We're seeking an ambitious Project Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new flagship site in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-profile project, with genuine potential for progression and longer-term opportunities upon successful completion of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major flagship site launch project.
  • Create, maintain and manage detailed project plans, timelines and Gantt charts.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement solutions to keep delivery on track.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting and performance tracking using spreadsheets and project management tools.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear updates and action plans.
  • Ensure budgets, deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Support operational readiness and successful site opening activities.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in a Project Manager role, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and confidence working with project data and reporting.
  • Experienced in creating and managing Gantt charts and project schedules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Results-focused with a strong commitment to delivering projects successfully and on time.
