Are you a Project Manager from a construction background looking to join a nationwide chartered surveying practice offering a local Oxfordshire patch, and real progression to become a Commercial Manager?
This established and growing building surveying and construction company with expertise in building consultancy and fire risk management supplying to a vast range of Commercial clients. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager looking to join an expand nationwide company at their new branch
This is a client-facing role involving regular site visits and meetings. You will manage a team of around 10 Engineers on a project, being the point of contact for the client and teams involved in project delivery. Your responsibilities will be managing budgets, developing project programs and co-ordinate activities, labour and resources.
This role would suit a Project Manager from a construction background looking to join a building surveying specialist who are open to funding any necessary courses to help you develop and progress
The Role:
- Managing projects from start to completion.
- Monitor budgets and consult with every team involved through the project lifecycle
- Site visits in Oxfordshire
- Mon-Fri (8:30-4:30)
