An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a leading property and construction consultancy in Liverpool. This Project Manager role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of projects across the commercial, residential, public sector and mixed-use sectors, supporting high-profile clients from project inception through to successful completion. With a strong presence across the UK property market, this consultancy continues to secure an impressive pipeline of work throughout the North West. The incoming Project Manager will have the opportunity to manage projects across multiple sectors, working closely with investors, developers, occupiers and public sector clients. This Project Manager role offers significant client exposure, responsibility from an early stage and a clear pathway towards Senior Project Manager level.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The 'Project Manager's' role
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring programme, cost and quality objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from feasibility through to completion.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
- Monitoring project programmes, risks and key deliverables.
- Chairing project meetings and preparing progress reports.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with client objectives.
- Supporting business development and repeat business opportunities.
The 'Project Manager'
The ideal Project Manager will have experience within a construction consultancy environment and a strong desire to develop their career.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering projects across the built environment sector.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of project delivery methodologies and construction processes.
- Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
