An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a respected construction consultancy based in London. This Project Manager role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of residential developments, supporting clients through the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. The successful Project Manager will join a growing team known for delivering high-quality developments and building long-term client relationships across the capital.
This consultancy has established itself as a trusted advisor within the residential sector, working on a range of schemes including high-end residential, build-to-rent and mixed-use developments. The incoming Project Manager will benefit from exposure to high-profile projects, direct client interaction and genuine opportunities for career progression.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The 'Project Manager's' role
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for leading residential projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against programme, budget and quality objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential projects from feasibility through to completion.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Chairing project meetings and producing progress reports.
- Managing procurement processes and contract administration.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with client requirements and industry standards.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting senior leadership with project and business development activities.
The 'Project Manager'
The successful Project Manager will have previous consultancy experience and a strong background delivering residential construction projects.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy.
- Proven residential project experience.
- Experience delivering projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree qualified in Construction Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as MAPM, MRICS or MCIOB.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
