The role of Project Manager – Dry lining & Partitions will involve:
- Project/Contracts Manager position dealing with high quality range of drylining, interior systems and commercial interiors projects.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Managing projects from pre-start through to completion.
- Liaising with design, production, site and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Attending pre-contract and client meetings where required.
- Managing client queries, resolving issues and providing regular project updates.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Dry lining & Partitions with:
- Must have Project or Contracts Management experience within the Construction industry
- Highly advantageous to have experience with one or more of the following: building products, dry lining, ceilings, partitions, steel framing systems, flooring, painting, plasterboard or a related interiors/finishing trade products
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
