We are seeking an experienced Project Quality Lead to join the Quality team at our client's site. This role is responsible for coordinating quality activities throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, supporting risk management processes, and collaborating closely with Project Leads, Product Development teams, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality activities across the product lifecycle.
- Support product validation, root cause investigations, and quality-related operational activities.
- Lead and approve design reviews and risk management activities.
- Review and approve product, process, and project documentation to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality processes and procedures.
- Provide guidance on design controls, risk management, and quality best practices.
- Assist in the creation and review of project quality documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience providing Quality Management support within product development environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sectors.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO, GMP, and/or Medical Device regulations.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating teams.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage priorities and support both short and long-term objectives.

Working Conditions
- 37.5-hour working week.
- Primarily site-based, with hybrid working arrangements available by agreement.
