About the role
As a Project Support Coordinator , you'll play a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects, supporting the project, commercial, design and production teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You'll be responsible for:
• Document control and project administration
• Maintaining contract registers and project records
• Coordinating RFIs, drawings and technical submissions
• Supporting Early Warnings and Compensation Events
• Preparing project updates and client correspondence
• Managing quality records and handover documentation
What we are looking for
• Essential: Experience within construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, rail or working with NEC contracts
• Previous experience as a Project Support Coordination, Project Administrator or in a similar project support role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Proactive, reliable and eager to develop your career
