Description

  • Manage project costs effectively, ensuring budgets are adhered to and value for money is achieved.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and cost reports.
  • Monitor and control project variations and changes.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Provide cost analysis and risk management support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in resolving disputes and negotiating final accounts with stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Project Surveyor should have:

  • A degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cost management within the property or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
