Description
- Manage project costs effectively, ensuring budgets are adhered to and value for money is achieved.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and cost reports.
- Monitor and control project variations and changes.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Provide cost analysis and risk management support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Assist in resolving disputes and negotiating final accounts with stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Project Surveyor should have:
- A degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cost management within the property or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
