Property AdministratorAbout the Role
We are currently seeking a Property Administrator to join a growing and well-established business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to develop their career within a professional office environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the wider team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of property-related processes and client administration.
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have at least two years' administration experience, ideally gained within a financial services, property, legal or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Preparing and processing client documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Handling incoming correspondence and enquiries
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and documentation
- Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
- Ensuring all records are maintained in line with company procedures
- Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional manner
- Supporting the team with general office administration duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A minimum of two years' administration experience
- Ideally previous experience within financial services, property, legal or another professional services environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A positive, proactive and professional approach
