Property Client Accountant – Birmingham City Centre
We are currently hiring for a Property Client Accountant to join a growing and well-established business based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Property Client Accountant who enjoys working closely with clients, managing their own portfolio, and being part of a friendly and supportive team.
This Property Client Accountant role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in their work, and is looking to join a business where they can genuinely add value and feel part of the team.
Ideally you will:
- Have experience working as a Property Client Accountant or within a similar client accounting role
- Have a strong understanding of service charge and/Client Accounting – producing income/expenditure reports and working on service charge year ends.
- Be confident managing your own portfolio of clients / properties
- Be comfortable dealing with clients and stakeholders directly
