Property Finance Paralegal – Winchester
Our client is a well-established and modern Legal 200 Hampshire based law firm.
It services both business and private client areas of law.
The firm is seeking a Paralegal for its leading Property Finance Department.
You will be responsible for running your own transactions with supervision and your work will include:
- Preparing the relevant security and ancillary documents from templates
- Reviewing valuation reports
- Basic review of title and transactional documents, identifying issues and taking the necessary steps to resolve them
- Liaising with both the client and the borrower’s Solicitors to achieve completion of the security
- Dealing with the receipt and despatch of funds to complete the finance.
