Job title: Property Inspections Team Coordinator
Salary: up to £28,000 + bonuses
Location: Chelmsford
Working model: Hybrid
My client is looking for a Property Inspections Team Coordinator who has previous experience working in Lettings. You will play a pivotal part of the Property Inspection team, managing the Property Inspection Consultant’s diaries and agency bookings to ensure a smooth coordination of appointments, along with taking calls when Property Inspection Consultants cannot answer and monitoring the group email.
Requirements:
- Booking property visits
- Booking check-out appointments
- Sending reminder emails for tenants moving out
- Adding meter readings, appliances, CO, and smoke alarms etc
- Rearranging property visits
- Arranging deposit releases on DocuSign and submitting to accounts
- Managing content on related third-party CRM systems
- Completing deposit negotiations
- Negotiating between landlords and tenants
- Assisting team leader with day-to-day tasks
- Monitoring inventories inbound, checking when completed to ensure compliance is met
- Being the Inventory department liaison between clerks and branches to arrange last minute appointments.
- Downloading and Sending completed inventories to landlords via email.
