A highly regarded regional law firm, recognised by leading legal directories including Legal 500 and Chambers, is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Civil Litigation team in Worcester. Our client will consider anybody NQ – 2 years.

The Role
You will join an established Civil Litigation team and manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters for both commercial and private clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a broad range of Property Litigation matters from instruction through to resolution
- Handling commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Advising on boundary disputes and land ownership issues
- Managing trespass and nuisance claims
- Dealing with building contract disputes and professional negligence matters
- Handling party wall disputes and environmental issues
- Representing clients in the Civil Courts and Lands Tribunal
- Delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing caseload capacity effectively and working towards monthly performance targets
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standards
- Working efficiently within a case management system
- Keeping up to date with changes in legislation, case law and industry best practice
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client records and documentation
Candidate Requirements
You will possess:
- Qualification and experience in handling a wide range of Property Litigation matters
- Strong technical knowledge of property dispute resolution
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client care skills
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A commitment to delivering outstanding client service
