• Join a highly regarded Property Litigation team handling a broad range of disputes on behalf of commercial clients and private individuals. You will manage a varied caseload of contentious property matters, including land and property disputes, landlord and tenant issues, commercial property litigation, and other complex real estate disputes.
• You will be responsible for delivering commercially focused legal advice while maintaining the highest standards of client care and case management. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clients receive regular updates and an exceptional level of service throughout every stage of their matter.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 3+ years' PQE and strong experience in Property Litigation. You will possess excellent communication and drafting skills, strong commercial awareness, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
• A proactive approach to business development, networking, and client relationship management will also be highly valued.
