An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join my clients team in their Manchester offices on a hybrid basis.
My clients specialist property litigators regularly advise national and international clients on the full range of property disputes, including:
• Matters relating to commercial property and mixed-use schemes
• Landlord and tenant issues, including rent arrears, break notices forfeiture and lease renewals
• Service charge disputes
• Dilapidations claims
• Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Insolvencies
• Breaches of contract
• Professional negligence
• Possession of land claims
• Trespass and unlawful occupation
• Party wall disputes
• Overage and coverage disputes
• Repossessions
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a full caseload of matters
• Supervising junior team members
• Supporting the wider team and business objectives.
• Solid understanding of property law and experience across a wide range of matters.
Skills & Experience:
• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years of PQE.
• Have a proven track record in client care at a level appropriate to your experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Interest in developing inter team / firm and client relationships
