Property Litigation Solicitor London (4 PQE +)
Role Summary
A modern law firm in central London (EC1) are actively looking to recruit a qualified Property Litigation Lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive).
You will join an established and busy property litigation team working alongside c. 5 other Lawyers.
The caseload is c. 75% residential property litigation 25% commercial. You will be expected to deal with a range of the following types of matters: service charge disputes, TOLATA claims, lease renewals/disputes, debt recovery, dilapidations, party wall disputes, boundary disputes, adverse possession, lease extensions, easements, lease breaches, restrictive covenants.
Office attendance x2 per week.
Experience Required
Be a UK qualified Property Litigation Lawyer with at least 4 PQE
