THE ROLE: You will play a key strategic role in developing and growing the London practice, working closely with the Head of Property Disputes and the wider Real Estate team to deliver the firm's business objectives. Alongside managing a complex caseload of commercial property disputes, you will have the chance to take the lead on business development initiatives, strengthen key client and referrer relationships, supervise and develop junior lawyers and contribute to the strategic direction of the department. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to build and expand an established practice within a collaborative and supportive Top 100 law firm.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years' PQE and substantial experience in commercial property disputes. You will have strong technical experience together with exceptional client management skills and a proven ability to deliver commercially focused advice on complex matters. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an existing client following or a credible business plan capable of generating and growing work within the London market. You will be an accomplished business developer with a strong track record of converting networking and relationship-building activity into new instructions, together with experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
