Our client, based in the thriving area of East London, is seeking a Property Manager to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants always receive an outstanding level of service.
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Booking and checking Management Inspections
- Identify maintenance issues and potential risks.
- Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors
- Advise owners on maintenance, budgeting, and property improvements.
- Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts
- Preparation of tenancy agreements
- Process referencing
- Collection and processing of documentation from landlords and tenants
- Manage tenant move ins and move outs
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and local authority requirements.

- Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
