Property Manager

About the Role
A growing property organisation is looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to take ownership of a mixed residential and commercial portfolio. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building strong tenant relationships, staying on top of compliance, and keeping operations running smoothly.
You'll be the main point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring properties are well-maintained and delivering a positive experience for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and lease administration.
- Carry out regular property inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and upkeep standards are met.
- Maintain accurate tenant records and manage property-related financial documentation.
- Support occupancy growth by identifying opportunities to upsell services and maximise rental income.
- Keep detailed logs of all communications, transactions, and property documentation.
- Handle phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare property performance reports for internal review.
- Conduct end-of-tenancy inspections and manage deposit negotiations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, including data entry and office coordination.
- Familiarity with property management software (advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage a varied workload.
