An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join the thriving Management Department.
Independent Established Agency that is  highly respected Lettings and Property Management business with a unique reputation in both the private rental sector and Government-backed Rent Guarantee Services. We work closely with Local and Central Government organisations, providing housing solutions across London.
We are looking for a motivated, organised and ambitious Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while ensuring compliance, excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular property inspections
• Managing maintenance enquiries and contractor coordination
• Arranging and attending end-of-tenancy check-outs
• Processing property licence applications
• Handling possession proceedings and court applications
• Attending court hearings where required
• Meeting locksmiths and clients during bailiff appointments
• Maintaining excellent service standards and customer satisfaction
• Updating and maintaining CRM systems and reporting
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell Lettings, Sales and Property Management services

What We're Looking For
 Previous experience in Residential Property Management
 Strong communication and relationship-building skills
 Excellent organisational and time management abilities
 Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
 Strong IT and administration skills
 Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:

• ARLA, NAEA or NFOPP qualifications
• Knowledge of property licensing and possession proceedings

Monday to Friday
