We are working with a growing property management business who are expanding their presence in Bristol. This is a standalone Property Manager position, responsible for managing a local portfolio with remote support from an established central team based in Scotland.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy and wants ownership of a patch with the backing of an experienced wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of a residential portfolio in Bristol
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Managing tenancy progression and ensuring compliance
- Handling issues independently and escalating when required
About You
- Experience in property management or lettings
- Confident working independently with minimal day to day supervision
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
