Our client is looking to strengthen their successful Property Management team by recruiting an experienced Property Manager to join their established branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a portfolio of residential properties, with a strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements. You will be confident in handling all aspects of property management, including maintenance coordination, property inspections, tenancy issues, contractor management, and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the main point of contact for both tenants and landlords.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all rental properties.
- Ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Handle maintenance issues and resolve tenancy-related queries.
- Conduct property inventories, check-outs, and rental valuations.
- Respond promptly to tenant queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Organise contractor quotations and monitor the quality of completed work.
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
- Currently manage a portfolio of 36 rental properties.
- Target growth to 50 managed properties by the end of the year.
