Lead a High-Performing Property Management Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Managers Manager to join a well-established and highly respected property business based in South Woodford.
Well Established agency, has built an outstanding reputation across Lettings, Property Management and Rent Guarantee Services, working with both private landlords and Local & Central Government organisations throughout London.
We are looking for a driven and organised Property Management professional with proven leadership experience who can support, motivate and develop a busy team while ensuring exceptional service delivery to landlords and tenants alike.
The Role
As Property Managers Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Property Management department, ensuring compliance, service standards and team performance remain at the highest level.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting the Property Management team
  • Monitoring rent collections and arrears management
  • Overseeing maintenance issues and contractor coordination
  • Managing tenancy renewals and tenancy terminations
  • Organising end-of-tenancy check-outs
  • Managing property licence applications
  • Handling compliance requirements including gas and electrical certifications
  • Serving Section 8 and Section 21 notices
  • Managing possession proceedings and court applications
  • Attending court hearings and bailiff appointments where required
  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards and online reviews
  • Ensuring CRM systems and reporting are accurately maintained
  • Supporting business growth through cross-selling Lettings, Sales and Property Management services
  • Reviewing team workloads and maintaining quality control standards

What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
 Previous Property Management experience within residential lettings
 Proven team leadership or management experience
 Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
 Strong IT and CRM skills
 Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:

  • ARLA, NAEA or NFOPP qualifications
  • Experience handling possession proceedings and court attendance
