We're recruiting for a Property Photographer to join a highly regarded and successful independent estate agency in the Nottingham area. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual looking to play a key role in showcasing residential properties and helping homes stand out in a competitive market.
Working across a diverse range of properties, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality photography, video content, and floor plans, ensuring every property is presented to the highest possible standard.
The Role
As a Property Photographer, you will:
- Capture professional photography and video content for residential properties
- Produce accurate and detailed floor plans
- Edit and enhance images to ensure exceptional presentation standards
- Arrange and attend property appointments with homeowners
- Deliver marketing content accurately and within agreed timescales
- Provide creative ideas to enhance property marketing and presentation
- Represent the business professionally while visiting clients and properties
- Help maximise property exposure and generate buyer interest through high-quality visual content
Property Photographer Requirements
- Previous experience in property photography, photography, videography, or a similar role
- Strong eye for detail, composition, and presentation
- Experience using photography editing software and content creation tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload and schedule
- Creative mindset with a passion for producing high-quality content
- Full UK driving licence
