Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor – Head of Department
This expanding law firm with offices in London and the Regions is seeking an experienced property solicitor to lead its newly acquired west London office.
You will be joining at a senior level, with tangible chances to progress your career as this firm develops further, building on recent success. There is plenty of investment and further growth is planned.

The role:
- Lead and develop the team in west London
- Manage a caseload of commercial and residential transactions
- Provide excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships – this is key to the firm's ethos
- Utilising a high-tech case management system to streamline processes
You:
- At least 3 years of experience managing your own caseload of quality, commercial and residential matters
- Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold
- Experience with bridging finance and high-value commercial leases is advantageous
- Must have the drive and technical knowledge to lead and develop the team
- An additional language such as Punjabi, Hindi or Urdu is advantageous but not essential
