What’s the opportunity?
We’re looking for a Property Support Apprentice to join our team and dive into the world of property. This is the perfect chance to learn, grow, and start your career in an industry that’s always evolving.
What you’ll be doing:
- Master the tech: Get hands-on with our in-house software, SME, and become the go-to person for internal systems.
- Be the hub: You’ll be the contact point for colleagues and clients, responding to viewing requests, booking appointments, and managing calendars.
- Get digital: Learn to use Signable to create and send tenancy documents online. Track when they’re signed and manage them in our system.
- Stay connected: Take client calls, host meetings via Microsoft Teams, and update our website with the latest info.
- Manage the details: Help with tenant applications and make sure client files are always up to date.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who’s comfortable using technology and keen to learn new digital skills.
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with others (customers and teammates).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary: £18,000 per annum.
Working hours: 35 hours a week, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
