The Role
- Work collaboratively with mortgage advisers and property-focused introducers, delivering clear, dependable protection advice and fostering long-term client relationships
- Provide whole-of-market recommendations across Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection and Family Income Benefit
- Conduct comprehensive fact-finds and present well-reasoned, suitable protection solutions
- Manage your pipeline, driving conversions, maintaining momentum and identifying ongoing opportunities
- Keep records accurate, compliant and fully aligned with regulatory expectations
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ Protection advice experience is essential
- Proven ability to convert warm leads and generate business
- Professional, ethical and client-focused approach
- Experience within a mortgage environment is highly desirable
- Candidates must be within commutable distance to London or Surrey.
Package & Benefits
- Basic salary up to £35’000
- Guaranteed income for the first 3 – 6 months (subject to experience and track record)
- Uncapped commission structure
