Salary: £92.63–£100 per day (Depending of expirence) PAYE

We’re on the lookout for Psychology graduates who are ready to step into a classroom and really make a difference. Think less textbooks, more “lightbulb moments.” You’ll be working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a specialist or mainstream school, supporting children with additional needs autism, ADHD, SEMH, and more.
What your day might look like:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

Helping children with social, emotional or sensory needs access learning

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists

Bringing calm, confidence and kindness to every challenge
Who we’re looking for:

Psychology graduates (or final year students!) with a real interest in SEND and child development

People who are patient, proactive, and genuinely care

Bonus points if you’ve volunteered, mentored, or worked in youth settings before

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
