The Role As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1 to 1 basis and in small groups, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
Responsibilities include * Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1 to 1 and small group basis * Assisting with learning activities and classroom tasks * Helping to manage behaviour in a positive and supportive way * Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO * Monitoring and recording pupil progress
The School is Looking For * Experience working with children or young people preferred * Psychology graduates or candidates with a strong SEN interest * Strong communication and teamwork skills * A patient, calm, and empathetic approach * Passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
