Juice Recruitment is working with a well-established organisation to recruit a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a small and supportive Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a collaborative finance environment.
DAY TO DAY
-
Processing purchase ledger transactions accurately and efficiently
-
Maintaining cash book records
-
Reconciling high-volume supplier accounts
-
Processing payments to suppliers and subcontractors
-
Managing transactions and reconciliations using SAGE
-
Ensuring financial records are accurate and kept up to date
-
Supporting smooth audit processes and maintaining strong internal controls

Handling telephone queries professionally and courteously
-
Providing general administrative support to the accounts function as required
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-
Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Assistant role
-
Experience using SAGE is highly desirable
-
Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
-
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
-
Comfortable working with high-volume transactions
-
A team player with a positive and professional approach
-
Good communication skills, including a confident telephone manner
