Reed are pleased to be partnering with a well-known company in Ipswich to recruit a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk working 25 – 30 hours per week Monday – Friday.
Main Duties
- Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match purchase orders with invoices
- Code invoices to the correct nominal ledger accounts
- Prepare and process supplier payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Respond promptly to internal and external supplier queries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records
- Monitor aged creditors and highlight any issues
- Provide administrative support to the wider finance team as required
