At Hyde, we are committed to delivering high-quality services efficiently and cost-effectively for our customers. We are now seeking an Administrator to join our team, playing a key role in supporting supplier management, cost control and operational efficiency across our supply chain.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling incoming purchasing and support services phone calls.
- Supporting invoice checks, resolving queries and maintaining supplier paperwork
- Administer purchase orders raised ensuring correct coding and appropriate approval authorisations are in place.
- Maintaining multiple shared inboxes
- Ensure correct information is provided for special material processing.
- Warehouse cover when required
- Providing general administrative support and helping the team run smoothly
What you’ll bring
- Strong organisational and administrative experience
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong customer service mindset
