A fast-growing Top 40 firm has recently launched a brand-new Bristol office, and they're building something special. They're now looking for a newly qualified or experienced Audit Senior who wants variety, exposure and real career momentum. Your role as an Audit Senior:
- Lead audits from planning through to completion and work with a diverse client base, get involved in advisory and project work, and collaborate across different teams, all while being part of an ambitious office in growth mode.
- Produce high-quality, fully compliant financial statements that stand up to scrutiny and reflect real commercial insight.
- Review and elevate the work of team members, ensuring audit objectives are not just met, but exceeded.
- Apply deep client knowledge to get ahead of complex, challenging, and genuinely interesting issues before they become problems.
- Play a key role in leading the team – motivating, mentoring, and developing colleagues while helping create a high-performance culture.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will be ACA / ACCA qualified.
- Have experience of leading audits from planning through to completion.
- Strong supervisory skills, including coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- An interest in how other departments cross over and the ability to build inter-team relationships.
- Have a drive to progress and support the team during this time of growth.
