Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an Adult Learning Disability Team in Blackpool Council.
An opportunity has arisen for temporary workers to work in Blackpool, specializing in the completion of safeguarding enquiries. This will include completion of enquiries generated by new concerns but also completion of longer standing work to alleviate pressure on operational teams. The role may also include assisting teams with related tasks such as screening referrals and gathering information to determine whether safeguarding enquiries are required.
Blackpool offers hybrid working with a requirement of 3 days per week office based working and the option to work from home 2 days per week, depending on the needs of the service. Our Primary office base is located very close to rail links, and car parking is available at a discounted rate on council car parks for employees.
