Our client a very successful global delivery solutions company are now looking to add a Quality Analyst to the team.
This amazing client is looking for someone with great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
The Role
- Ensuring reports (Excel based reporting monitoring each leg of the parcels journey) across all our models are kept up to date daily
- Monitoring parcels from origin to destination through to delivery to the end consumer
- Any concerns or delays seen impacting Quality are highlighted in good time to the relevant supplier
- Liaise with suppliers (warehouse/broker/carrier) to resolve issues
- Take ownership of customer problems and be proactive in achieving solutions
- Communicating any delays to management
- Ensuring all parcel tracking is sent by our suppliers, highlighting any concerns
- Identify trends in performance that could have an impact to Quality
- Ensuring pre-alerts are sent accurately and on time to our suppliers
- Develop finger-tip knowledge of internal and external processes
- Willing to undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.

- Confident using various computer systems & basic excel skills
