Overview:
An experienced QA professional working autonomously to oversee quality activities across complex projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, product quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.
Location: Central London
Contract: 12-month FTC
Key Responsibilities
- Lead batch disposition: review records, resolve issues, assess deviations/OOS/OOT, update systems
- Approve QA documentation: QMS records, artwork, packaging, procedures
- Support artwork and labelling lifecycle
- Drive root cause analysis, product impact assessments, and CAPAs
- Support product launches, packaging validation, and artwork tracking
- Collaborate with external manufacturing partners and support QP release
- Act as QA lead for deviations, CAPAs, and improvements
- Monitor quality trends, risks, and support change control
- Maintain quality data and performance metrics
Key Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences
- GMP/GDP experience, including batch release (essential)
- Knowledge of packaging, labelling, and artwork processes
- Experience with investigations and root cause analysis
- Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excel proficiency (formulas/macros)
