In this role, the successful Quality Assurance Inspector/Engineer/Technician or similar will be responsible for the development and implementation of QA policies and procedures. In addition, you will also be responsible for conducting audits and inspections of both products and production processes, leading investigations for any product non-conformities and/or customer complaints. On top of this, you will be responsible for providing both training and guidance to staff on quality practices as well as regulatory requirements where applicable. Finally, you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports on quality metrics.
The ideal Quality Assurance Inspector/Engineer/Technician or similar will have previous working experience in a Quality role or a related position. In addition, you will also come from background within the FMCG/Compliance/Manufacturing industry or a related field. On top of this, you will ideally have a strong knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation. Finally, you will have strong organisational, analytical, and communicational skills, with the confidence to work both as part of a team, and autonomously.

- Development and implementation of QA policies and procedures
- Conducting audits and inspections of both products and production processes
- Leading investigations for any product non-conformities and/or customer complaints
The Person:
- Previous working experience in a Quality role or a related position
- Have a background within the FMCG/Compliance/Manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of HACCP principles
