Walker Cole International is supporting a well-established pharmaceutical company in London in the appointment of a Quality Assurance Officer on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. This role will play a key part in maintaining and improving GMP-compliant Quality Management Systems within an MHRA-regulated manufacturing environment during an exciting period of growth and investment.
Key Responsibilities for a Quality Assurance Officer:
• Support the management of Quality Events, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments
• Maintain and improve Quality Management System documentation, procedures, and records
• Support internal audits, compliance activities, and inspection readiness initiatives
• Assist with the investigation and resolution of quality issues to ensure GMP compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects across the business
• Support the ongoing development and effectiveness of quality processes and systems
A Quality Assurance Officer will have:
• Previous experience working within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and GMP compliance requirements
• Experience supporting deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and audit activities
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative Quality team
• Relevant Life Sciences qualification is desirable but not essential
Package:
• Salary up to £35,000
