Salary: Starting from £28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Patterns: 8:00am–4:00pm, 9:00am–5:00pm, or 10:00am–6:00pm
About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting for a newly created position within a growing and forward-thinking company in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join a high-performing team as a Quality Inspector, ensuring products meet both company and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections and testing of products and materials throughout the production process
- Conduct routine and random quality checks to maintain high standards
- Inspect incoming goods from suppliers
- Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards
- Work closely with production teams while maintaining independence in quality decisions
- Assist with handling customer returns and non-conforming products
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong awareness of health & safety practices
- Ability to work on own initiative
Desirable:
- Qualification in Quality, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar quality role
