Quality Manager

Join a leader in their field committed to the highest standards in product quality, safety, and compliance. We are seeking a diligent and proactive Quality Manager to oversee our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure our products meet both internal and external quality standards.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Maintain and continuously improve the QMS.
- Oversee compliance with BRCGS, RSPO, retailer audits, and other relevant standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the quality department.
- Conduct customer complaint investigations and responses.
- Perform internal and hygiene audits.
- Maintain and review product specifications.
- Oversee the raising and investigation of non-conformances.
- Manage customer complaints and visits.
- Conduct relevant training sessions with production and office staff.
- Report to the Partnership QA and Compliance Manager on trending issues and monthly quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with scheduled swabbing and product testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar technical role within the industry.
- Strong understanding of quality systems and standards such as BRC, RSPO, and GMP.
- Experience in hosting external audits.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a friendly, flexible, and reliable team member who thrives in a busy environment.
- Confidence in dealing with customers and external stakeholders.
- Desirable: Level 3 HACCP, Level 3 Food Safety, experience in an FMCG environment.
