£65,000 – £80,000 + Bonus + Overtime + Long-Term Progression
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing tier-one refurbishment contractor delivering high-specification commercial and luxury refurbishment projects across London. You will take ownership across multiple projects while playing a visible role in the continued growth of the business.
Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience managing commercial delivery across refurbishment, fit-out or drylining projects? Do you enjoy operating in a hands-on environment with exposure across clients, delivery and commercial strategy? You will manage commercial delivery across multiple live projects, overseeing valuations, procurement, subcontractor management, client liaison and commercial performance. Working closely with leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project outcomes and continued growth.
This role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is commercially sharp, client facing and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a growing contractor environment.

The Person: * Quantity Surveying experience within refurbishment, fit-out, drylining or main contracting * Strong commercial awareness and project ownership capability * Experience managing clients, subcontractors and project delivery * Professional, organised and motivated by long-term growth
